Pediatric and prenatal chiropractic
We look at how you move through pregnancy and how you carry, feed and lift once your baby is here, and show you movements to try at home. Every step is explained before we begin.

Your first visit
The form asks nothing about your health. Your doctor asks you in person.
Bring your baby, your carrier and your feeding pillow. A parent or guardian stays with a child for the whole visit.
Your doctor listens first, and tells you what the visit will include.
A short, hands-on exam, and movements to watch how you carry and feed.
Your doctor sets a plan and explains it, with the cost, before you decide.
Your doctors
Dr. Garcia and Dr. Kirkpatrick are both licensed chiropractors in Minnesota.

Sees parents, babies and children, and people who are expecting. Sees patients Monday to Thursday.

Sees parents and other adults, and children with a parent. Sees patients Tuesday to Friday.
Questions
Yes. Babies are welcome at your visit, and we plan the visit around feeding and naps. Bring what you carry with: the carrier, the feeding pillow, the stroller handle height you use.
Every kind of care has risks. Soreness afterward is common and usually short. Rare serious problems have been reported after neck adjustments, so your doctor explains the risks before any neck adjustment, and you can say no to any part of a visit. If you have a sudden severe headache or neck pain, new weakness or numbness, chest pain, or loss of bladder or bowel control, call 911 or see a physician first.
You do not need a referral to book. After a birth or a surgery, ask your midwife or physician when it is okay to start moving again, and tell them you plan to see us.
Your doctor sets a plan after the exam and changes it as you go. We do not promise a number of visits, and you can stop at any time.
Tell us a good time to reach you and we will call, text or email as you ask.
